Returns

The returns window is 30 days from delivery. Email support@nancycane.com and quote your order number, and post nothing until the return authorisation reaches you. The item goes back unworn and unwashed, tags attached, in the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

There is no charge for standard delivery to a UK address. Allow 1 to 3 working days for us to prepare your order and 6 to 8 working days with the carrier, 7 to 11 working days in all. Orders placed before 5pm (GMT) on a working day go into preparation that day.
